  • Proof of sufficient regular income (minimum approx. €820/month for the main applicant, plus 50% for a spouse and 30% per dependent)
  • Proof of accommodation in Portugal (rental contract or invitation letter)
  • Valid health insurance in Portugal
  • Criminal record certificate
  • Completed visa application form
  • Proof of financial means in a Portuguese bank account (recommended)

  • Dependent parents

Initial 2-year residence permit, renewable for 3 years

Access to Portuguese healthcare, education, and public services

Eligibility for permanent residency and citizenship after 5 years
