Investment Options
The Residency via Investment Program requires the applicant to make one of the following four investments in order to apply:
A minimum investment of €1,000,000 in an Approved Investment Fund, committed for a minimum of 3 years.
A minimum investment of €1,000,000 in a single Irish company or spread across several companies, for a minimum of 3 years.
A minimum investment of €2,000,000 in any Irish REIT listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, committed for a minimum of 3 years.
€500,000 into a project for the benefit of the Irish public in the arts, sport, health, culture or education.

Application Submission
Irish investor visa applications are only accepted during official admission “windows” which occur 4 times a year and last approximately 5 days each.
Approval of application
Once your investor visa application has been approved, you will be required to complete the investment and provide proof of completion within one month.
Residence in Ireland
Once the investment funds have been transferred, you will need to visit Ireland to complete the residence permit process. You and your family members will receive an initial residence permit for 2 years. This residence permit is extended for 3 years. Thereafter, the residence permit is renewed every 5 years.
